Where do I find my Member portal username and password?

Please contact the Sarasota Bay Clinic front desk team to assist with login information. They will be able to lookup your username from the email provided on your new member paperwork and help you reset your password.

How do I log in to my telehealth appointment?

You can check in to your telehealth appointment directly from your smartphone. Here are the steps to join your telehealth appointment:

A telehealth link will be texted to your phone.
You will click on the telehealth link, fill in your name, and press submit.
From there, you will be placed into a virtual “waiting room” until the doctor joins in.

I can no longer make my appointment. How do I change my appointment time?

Please contact your center’s front desk team to reschedule for a better time.

What items should I bring with me to every appointment?

Please bring your photo ID and all current medications (preferably in the bottle).

Where can I find out more about events?

You can find out more about upcoming events at Sarasota Bay Clinic by picking up an event calendar at the front desk or browsing the upcoming events on the calendar here.

Can I bring a friend to an event?

Yes! Please bring your friend, your neighbor, family member, or anyone else you’d like to come. You do not need to be an Sarasota Bay Clinic Member to attend an event. All are welcome.
